A few semi-reputable sources kept saying that Elden Ring would be receiving a delay before release, but we chose to ignore said rumors.

Seeing as how the year 2021 is the year of delays, we really should have been Believers. FromSoftware broke the news today that they’re pushing back the release of Elden Ring from January 21st to February 24th, 2022.

Worry not my dear tarnished! While all the news my seem of doom and gloom, FromSoftware WILL be holding a Closed Network test to give those selected an early taste of Elden Ring before it releases in 2022.

You have until November 1st to register for the Closed Network test. If chosen, here are the alloted times slots for each session:

Session 1 – November 12th (Fri) from 3:00am to 6:00am PT

Session 2 – November 12th (Fri) from 7:00pm to 10:00pm PT

Session 3 – November 13th (Sat) from 11:00am to 2:00pm PT

Session 4 – November 14th (Sun) from 3:00am to 6:00am PT

Session 5 – November 14th (Sun) from 7:00pm to 10:00pm PT

Not exactly the longest of access to the game, but for those of you who can’t wait to get lost in this new FromSoftware world, we wish you the best of luck!
