After being delayed for 8 months, Far Cry 6 is only months away as Ubisoft confirmed an October 7th release date today during a pre-E3 re-reveal of the newest entry in Ubisoft’s open-world FPS series.
We were presented with two trailers of this upcoming ‘Ubisoft Original’, one focusing on a ‘deep dive’ of what makes Far Cry 6 so unique and different from previous entries of the series. It’s a cross-gen release on both the PS4 & PS5.
This second trailer focuses on the story of the game, showcasing actor Giancarlo Esposito as ‘El Presidente’. It also introduces the main character Dani Rojas and her quest to the reclaim the nation of Yaran.
Ubisoft claims it’ll run at 4K/60fps, so get for some lush looking environments, Brah!
