HBO's The Last of Us Ellie

Fans have been agonizingly, theorizing as to who suited the roles of Joel & Ellie. It’s an understatement to claim just how important it is for HBO to nail the casting of these two, iconic characters.

While, I never anticipated Bella Ramsey as Ellie, it’s a match that makes perfect sense in my mind. Especially taking into account, those moments in Game of Thrones where her character was tasked with lighting a fire under her people. It’s not 1 to 1 a similar fire as Ellie’s but, it’s the same sort of hardness you’d envision a young character would, naturally, require to survive in such a relentless setting.

With us getting this information, you’d have to assume Joel is right around the corner. Regardless, it’s been fun to see this thing slowly take shape.
