1. The Silent Comedy

Even without words, I was chuckling quite a bit during the trailer shown at the PlayStation event in June. I loved how hard of a time the young character was having while the older one had a nice relaxing day. However, I favorite part came from the young character pulling out a bomb while hanging from a rope. The way they cut right after he dropped the bomb to the old guy taking a nice dump really stole my heart. I imagine this game is going to have a ton of funny moments in it, and I can’t wait to laugh at each one of them.

2. The Diverse Environments

Do you like games with diverse environments? Well, then it looks like you’ll be very please with Little Devil Inside. Just from the short trailer we saw grass fields, steep mountains, and hot deserts. It seems like we will be exploring a ton of different environments, and I’m totally okay with that.

3. The Combat

Little Devil Inside showed off a little bit of 3rd person actiony goodness. In Little Devil Inside, your character is wielding a sword, a gun, a shield, and bombs. You can use either seamlessly, and I’m going to be pulling off some sick combos with it. With the diverse enemies in the game, I imagine there will be multiple ways to tackle each NPC. While the combat wasn’t the first thing to catch my eye, it does look like I will have a blast with just the combat portion of the game.

4. The Mysteries

Do you know what this game is about? If you said “No”, don’t feel too bad, because I don’t either. That’s not a bad thing though. I didn’t know what Death Stranding was about, and that’s one of my favorite games of all time. I don’t even want to know what it’s about at this point. Just put the game in my hands and let me go off on an adventure.

5. The Varied Enemies

I stated this in the combat section, but I think this is big enough to give its own separate point. Not enough games do a good enough job with making sure each NPC encounter feels unique. Little Devil Inside showed off FOURTEEN different enemies! They aren’t even reskinned enemies either. All 14 of those enemies had their own unique traits about them What’s even more exciting, is that a good chunk of them looked to be some sort of “boss”. It gives me a Shadow of Colossus vibe in that sense, which is also one of my favorite games of all time.

From just the few trailers for this game, it looks like it’s going to be one hell of a ride and I’m ready to go down this road. Will you be joining me?
