After 3 years in development, Death Stranding hit the PlayStation 4 this past Friday on November 8th, bringing with it the most unique gameplay loop of 2019.
The crazy part? Most people are loving it! After failing to take the top spot in the UK from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Japanese Gamers helped make Death Stranding have the best opening week sales of any new IP in Japan this generation according to GameDataLibrary.
