The rumors that broke earlier this morning were confirmed not even 30 minutes ago. The Last of Us Part II has been delayed until May 29th, 2020 to ensure that Naughty Dog we all know and love.
Jason Schreier of Kotaku has repeatedly said the Ghost of Tsushima would also release early-ish next year on the PS4. However with this news of TLoU2 being delayed, the internal release date for Ghost of Tsushima has also been pushed back, according to Schreier.
BTW, Ghost of Tsushima doesn't have a public release date yet, but it'll also be bumped later into 2020 to account for this delay. Don't expect them to suddenly turn it into a PS5 game or anything, but it was originally planned for the first half of the year – not anymore— Jason Schreier (@jasonschreier) October 24, 2019
The next big info drop regarding Ghost of Tsushima should be around March 2020. If any other news should break before then, we shall let you know.
