Cyberpunk 2077 developer CD Projekt Red decided to break some news early on this beautiful Wednesday morning, as they have confirmed that they’re next major IP will receive the much talked about multiplayer mode as a part post-launch content planned for Cyberpunk 2077!
The news broke via their official Twitter account with announcement that they’re hiring if you want to be part of the team.
1/2 Until now, the only thing we said about multi was that it was in R&D. As we’re getting closer to launching ‘single player’ Cyberpunk 2077 in Apr. 2020, we’d like to confirm that multiplayer's in the works! This news comes soon after fans began questioning the graphical fidelity of the latest gameplay trailer. Many fans feel as if the game has received a downgrade. Then there was the whole debacle over cutscenes playing out in first-person rather than third-person that has also had the internet on fire. It hasn’t exactly been the best couple of weeks for this major game.
Cyberpunk 2077 brings the dark world of tomorrow to consoles and PC on April 16, 2020.
