Despite selling over a million copies on the original PlayStation, it feels like The Legend of Dragoon never received the loving it deserved. No sequel. The Hero of the game, Dart, was set to be a DLC character in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale and was ultimately canceled during production. There’s a dedicated fanbase for LoD who would LOVE to see a sequel or remaster of the game.
Guess who else would love to see more LoD? Peter Dalton, a Technical Director at Bluepoint Games loved the game and when asked about it.. even teased fans of the classic JRPG.
I love “The Legend of Dragoon”. Perhaps it should be a project?

It is amazing seeing everyone’s passion. It is humbling and reminds me why we remake games. It is motivational and makes me want to push even harder to bring memories and greatness back to life!

For those of who don’t know, Bluepoint games have worked on multiple Remasters/Remakes over the years including Shadow of the Colossus, so they definitely have the ability to do it right.
What do you think, Brah? Clever tease or Should be expecting a MEGATON announcement for us JRPG fans of the PlayStation Nation?! Let us know what you think in the comments below!
