The Trine series is one of my favorite Indie game series out there today. I started playing it with my son and we were immediately hooked on the game. After the letdown of Trine 3 it would appear Fronzenbyte learned a valuable lesson and is taking the series back to its roots. Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince will return to the 2.5D style we all loved and honestly it looks gorgeous. The games have always been known for their beautiful colors and intricate puzzles but this time around I’d say they amped it up a notch.
Grab some friends with local and online co-op and play as Amadeus, Pontius, or Zoya on October 8, 2019. You can pre-order the game now for $29.99 or if you are new to the series you can get the complete set with the Trine: Ultimate Collection for $49.99. Good thing I only need the one.
