EVO is currently taking place with various fighting games having their best players strive to become number one. EVO has also become the place for updates, teasers, and news to be revealed for said games taking place at the event. This year Under Night In-Birth announced a new version of the long running game.

Titled Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late [cl-r], the new version is set to launch in early 2020 and will include a new playable character. Aside from the new character and new colors coming to the game, it’ll also have nearly a thousand balance changes and some new moves for veterans and new comers to master. Platforms weren’t announced by the series has been home on PlayStation for years.

If you’re unfamiliar with the Under Night In-Birth game, it originally launched in 2012 for arcades from Sega. Since then, the game has been continuously re-released with updates, characters, and new contents. The last update was released in 2018.
