(UPDATE!) Looks like this was a stealth release, as it is currently available for download in Europe and Australia.
Hey, considering the fact that 75% of the games released these days receive GOTY/Complete/Ultimate editions, is it really surprising that Persona 5 is receiving one??!
Now this isn’t the inevitable re-release with new content and gameplay. But if you’ve been waiting to play one of the best PS4 games released this year AND in my opinion, one of the best JRPGs to be released in years, now is your chance to do so! As the Ultimate Edition comes with ALL the DLC that has been released on the PlayStation Store so far!
They’re also bundling all the other past Persona game DLC and Personas available for Persona 5.

I’ll go ahead and tell you now, you really don’t need all those additional costumes and Personas to enjoy the game. If you can find a deal on the regular game, you’re in for one helluva’ ride. Spoiler warning, Persona 5 might be a certain Brah’s GOTY…

The DLC are really not necessary for the game. I would not even recommend them for new players as the personas from the DLC are usually higher lvl and could cheese your complete experience by making everything super easy. As you usually could forge or catch personas of that lvl early on. Imho they are more for advanced players that wanna suck every inch out of the game.
