Author’s Thoughts:

Oh boy, September brought us a handful of games this time around, though even with a big number of games to chose from, the quality from some of these games are not what you may think. While the open world setting of both inFamous: Second Son and Just Cause 3 are breath taking and the multiplayer antics that will involve in both Striker Vector EX and RIGS: Mechanized Combat League are going to be hectic as hell, many of the other games will not be as fortunate in quality. There seems to be a huge hint of obscurity when it comes to the PS3 and Vita line up of games, and while the Vita does seem to get a handful of decent games with a crossbuy option for the PS4, the PS3, on the other hand, does not.  Handball 16 is a great example of this type of obscurity with no trophy guide in sight and as they focus more and more to the PS4 and VR, with our first free PS+ VR game on our hands in September, the PS3 and Vita systems will likely be pushed to a more weird line up selection as the months roll out. I completely understand if that’s the case, though it’s quite shameful to not allow a higher quality selection of games for both systems even if they are a repeat, like Dishonored, or allow a new section of foreign games for the system like previous months’ Persona 4: Arena Ultimax or Under the Night In-Birth EXE: Late. Games like these will boost game longevity for the system and actually show hidden gems of the PS3. In the meantime, the solid line up for the PS4 will surely excite most if not all the PS4 gamers out there with the opportunity of VR games now coming to the line up of games on PS+. Though if I where going to give a rating to the line up, it would be decent, though personally I would really go for inFamous: Second Son and Strike Vector EX a shot. Having played inFamous: Second Son before hand really goes to show how exciting I am to have other people play it and I expect a whole lot of new screenshots to come from it.

New Updates!!!
