This is certainly a twist I didn't see coming. With the revelation that Shadow of War would have micro-transactions, aka the "war chest" loot crate system, now comes another questionable decision.

In order to keep players from abusing said system, the game will require a constant internet collection while playing. Yes, Shadow of War is a single-player. It'll be interesting to see how long this decisions stands before fan outcry forces some type of change.

Will this current decision keep you from buying or will your love of the Lord of the Ring series keep your pre-order safe and sound??

Look for Middle-Earth: Shadow of War on October 10.
