Talk about some FANTASTIC news for all of us Square Enix fans going into this Memorial Day weekend!! Not entirely sure what the hell is going on over at Square Enix, but it can’t be good. They can pump out those Eidos centric titles, running them into the ground, yet they can barely get their biggest titles like Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts out in a timely manner.
You’ve probably seen this slide floating around the internet later. This is where the news really sucks.
When referring to this slide, Square Enix President and CEO Yosuke Matsuda didn’t have the most positive news for us gamers.
“In an outline of Square Enix’s financial briefings for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2017, Matsuda said about the following slide: “This slide shows our release lineup for FY2017/3 as well as for FY2018/3 and beyond. We plan to launch each of these upcoming titles in the next three years or so.”
Well then. I’m all about being positive and patient. BUT DAMNIT THE BRAH WANTS TO PLAY FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE, KINGDOM HEARTS III, AND DRAGON QUEST XI YESTERDAY!!!
Ahem. My apologies. Didn’t meant to get enraged like that. Better have Morgana use a nullify spell on me.
One day, Brah. One day… #sad
