lol One of the biggest megatons at Sony’s E3 2016 Press Conference was none other than Kojima Ptoductions’ Death Stranding. A naked Norman Reedus on a planet full of dead sea life sent shockwaves through the gaming community and asked the question “Dafuq did I just watch??”. So many questions, so few answers.

Then came the trailer at PSX 2016. So many more quetions, still very few answers. Kojima has never before shy to hype his own material and it looks as if Death Stranding is going to be an all-new kind of game for us gamers to enjoy. Oh lawdy.

In an interview with BBC Newsbeat, Kojima expressed his major goal for his newest creation.

“We want this game to be something that people can get into easily but after an hour or two they’ll start to notice something a little different. It’s not like anything they’ve played before”.

Damn. As if I wasn’t hyped enough already! Kojima also expressed his goal for Kojima Productions and how he doesn’t want his company to become a sequel machine.

“We don’t want to be a studio that re-uses assets, ideas or just makes sequels all the time. We want it so [that] every time someone plays one of our games they’re getting a new experience”.

I’m down with that!! While we won’t be seeing Death Stranding in our PlayStation 4’s anytime soon, we here at The PlayStation Brahs will let you know any and all news regarding Kojima’s next potential masterpiece!
